Curate Archive offers track and trace delivery throughout New Zealand . A tracking number will be emailed to you upon collection of goods. We will endeavour to send out your order a soon as possible, however this can take up to Three(3) business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. All orders require a signature upon delivery, please ensure there is someone to sign for goods. Please note we do not post to PO Box addresses. We are unable to re-route orders once they have been sent.

Delivery timeframes are just an indication and Curata Archive will not be held accountable for longer delivery times. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late.

A copy of your receipt will be provided via email. It is important to hold onto a copy of your receipt should you wish to return or exchange your purchase.
